Louisiana Hyperloop Team

LSU students are working on a team to face the challenge of developing a functional Hyperloop prototype (a concept of ground transportation at high speed) through an open competition organized by SpaceX. The competition is geared towards university students and independent engineering teams to design and build the best Hyperloop pod. The team will test their scaled pod during a competition weekend currently targeted for June 2016. The knowledge gained from this project will be open-sourced.
