Chris Hill
Principal Investigator
Chris is an Assistant Professor of Motor Behavior at Louisiana State University. He earned his doctorate in motor behavior from the University of Mississippi. If not in the lab, you can find him at a local coffee shop/craft brewery, taking a long run, or hanging out with his wife (Lizzi) and their three cats (Sherrington, Bitty, Arnie).
Leo Barzi
Doctoral Student
Leo is a graduate student in the Motor Neuroscience Laboratory and is interested in how exercise changes the neural processes of learning. A native of Aurora, Illinois, he joined the lab after earning his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University. When not in class or the lab, you can find him on the tennis court or riding his bike.
Olivia Perry
Undergraduate Student
Olivia is an undergraduate researcher in the Motor Neuroscience Laboratory and is interested in the processes underlying motor skill acquisition, retention, and refinement. Currently a junior at Louisiana State University, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology as part of the pre-medical track. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Olivia enjoys engaging in activities such as spending time with friends, walking along the campus lakes, and listening to podcasts in her free time.
