My research examines flood risk and resilience in the Amite River Basin, Louisiana,
using the catastrophic 2016 Louisiana flood as a central case study. I integrate flood-risk
and exposure data, with socioeconomic, and housing-market indicators to investigate
multiple dimensions of flood impact and adaptation.

My research focuses on understanding how climate variability affects ecosystems services
across the Southern Great Plains. Using hydrologic modeling, GIS, and machine learning,
I evaluate changes in watershed ecosystem services to develop spatially explicit decision-support
tools that inform sustainable water resource management.
